Our Offices & Facilities
PM USA Headquarters
PM USA relocated our headquarters in 2004 from New York City to Henrico County in the west end of Richmond, Va. Our headquarters building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building designed by renowned New York architect Gordon Bunshaft, and with landscape design by Charles Gillette, became the worldwide headquarters of Reynolds Metals Company in 1958. Bunshaft's design demonstrated how aluminum could be used in modern construction. The building received the Test of Time Award from the American Institute of Architects in 1998. Today, the facility includes a company store, fitness center, cafeteria, conference center and coffee bar.
Richmond Manufacturing Center
Our Manufacturing Center opened in 1973, about the time Marlboro became the world’s best-selling cigarette, and is located near I-95 in south Richmond, Va. We make all of our cigarettes at this facility, which represent almost half of all cigarettes sold in the U.S. PM USA also owns or leases a number of warehouse and operations support facilities in the Richmond area.
Park 500
Adjacent to the historic neighborhood of Bermuda Hundred in Chester, Va., the facility processes small pieces of tobacco from other PM USA locations and turns them into large tobacco sheets. The facility sits on the banks of the James River and is home to an award-winning Natural Treatment System.
